1. The €25 menu is based on a choice of one appetiser, two main courses with a vegetarian option, choice of two desserts with tea or coffee. The selector menu is available on www.mywedding4less.com.
However a more elaborate menu is available at a negotiated and revised price upon request.
2. The offer is open to most Midweek and Weekend dates in December 2009 and most dates Mid-week or Weekend till March 31st 2010. This package excludes December 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th and 31st 2009 as well as January 1st, February 14th and March 17th 2010. The offer is open to most other dates at the discretion of the Hotel Management. However we are willing to consider Monday to Thursday dates throughout 2009.
3. Your wedding must be reserved after the 14th of February 2009 to qualify.
4. A deposit of €550 is required on the date of booking with a further payment of €550 within four weeks. An easy pre-pay plan can be arranged, please consult with the Hotel Management. The final settlement is to be made 2 weeks prior to wedding date.
5. The reception meal must be started not later than 18.00hrs, delayed sitting may incur a €400 charge.
6. The facility of corkage is not available on this package and the €12 per bottle wine must be purchased from the Hotel.
7. The Room Only Rate of €59 is available to the first 10 rooms and all rooms thereafter will be negotiated and allocated on a discounted rack rate basis. However should we offer you a midweek date in July or August of 2009 the €59 Rate is not applicable and rooms will be charged at €99.
8. A tea/coffee and/or punch/champagne reception on arrival is available at a discounted charge.
